1. Active solicitation of new members and liaisons/representatives

We should be on the look out for those dissatisfied with the current state of the fandom. Look for them on alt.fan.furry, on the MUCKs, on LiveJournal, and also in person in the furry community local to you. Bonus points if these people are well-known personalities in the fandom or on a convention staff. We do not want trolls nor do we want people who do nothing but rant about what's wrong with the fandom. We need people who want progress and are willing to work with the community towards said progress.
